A landmark moment for nature.
The River Wye has been formally recognised through a Charter for the Rights of the River Wye, acknowledging its right to flow, thrive, regenerate, and be free from pollution. This is a significant step in recognising that rivers are more than resources they’re living ecosystems that deserve protection.
The work doesn’t stop here, but it’s a powerful statement about the future of environmental stewardship.
