Double Wild Swim Adventure Day 3km& 4km on Lake

Join outdoor and wild swim specialist Angela Jones on this Swim Adventure Day  at Hoarwithy 2km wild walk along the river Wye and a guided 3K swim downstream Followed by an Afternoon 4km Swim Adventure and 3 km Walk back 

This session will take in the glorious surroundings of the river Wye and explore the beauty of the riverbanks before swimming downstream. There will be the opportunity to swim upstream if you wish. Angela will share swimming and safety techniques to help you enjoy swimming wild, along with stroke technique, river reading and water safety advice.

Social distancing and government guidelines for health & safety will be followed.

Angela Jones has been cold water swimming the river Wye for over 30 years and is highly experienced, qualified and fully insured.

Over 16s. Wetsuits can be hired. Learn about the benefits of cold water dipping in a safety environment.

What do I need to bring?

Wetsuits, tow floats and water shoes are essential - don't worry if you don't have any equipment as you can hire / purchase from Angela but this must be pre-ordered 48 hours before the event.

Please bring your own pack lunch.  Free snacks will be available on the day.

Is this event for me?

In order to attend this event you will need to be able to swim 2 kilomtres in open water. You will need to confirm this during registration so please read the declaration.
