Join outdoor  Wild swim  & kayak specialist Angela Jones at Ross on Wye for an exciting day of adventure on the Wye River to include Lunch.

Equipment & What you need to take part

• Arrive in casual training clothes -
•  Weather depending kit for day 
•  Trousers and a long sleeve top &  fleece
• Waterproof jacket (essential)
• Water bottle
• Swim hat /goggles(optional)
• Towell
• wetsuits (can be hired £5)
• Suitable sensible  swim footwear with a good grip (essential can be purchased £35 on day )
• Towel,swim costume ( plase wear swim suit under your clothes)

Staying Covid Safe

Swim Wild Wye are working within the latest government guidelines to keep everyone safe. In light of the recent rise in cases and localised lockdowns please be aware:

All Swim Wild Wye events are held outdoors in small group settings

Equipment hire (kayak, paddle and life jacket) are available - these are wiped clean before each use

We encourage you to maintain a safe social distance at all times

Hand sanitiser will be available at each event, however please bring your own if you prefer

Please do not attend any Swim Wild Wye event if you, or a member of your household, are displaying any Covid related symptoms

Please do not attend any Swim Wild Wye event if you are coming from any of the lockdown counties

Is this event for me?

In order to attend this event you will need to be reasonably fit.

Water Quality and weather conditions are paramount to Health & safety .Testing of water is carried out 24 hours prior and on morning of swim, EVENT will be moved or postponed if quality is not deemed safe .
